Do I have to do anything technical?

No. Send us your details and some photos from your phone, and we handle the rest, including the domain, hosting and setup.

Who owns the website and domain?

You do. Your domain is always registered in your name. If you pay upfront, you keep your website whenever you leave. If you spread the cost, it's yours to keep once your 12 months are complete.

I already have a website. Can you redo it?

Yes. We'll rebuild it on your existing domain, so your address stays the same and customers can still find you.

Is there a contract?

If you pay upfront, no: the monthly plan is month to month. If you spread the cost, there's a 12-month minimum, then it's month to month.

How do I pay?

By card or direct debit. Paying upfront: half to start and the rest when your site goes live, then the monthly fee. Spreading it: nothing upfront, and monthly payments start the day your site goes live.
